Refund Policy
At Business Target, we value our clients and aim to deliver the best digital marketing, website design, SEO, and lead generation services.
Since our services involve time, strategy, and digital work that cannot be returned once delivered, we follow a no refund policy after a project or service has been started and delivered.
However, we understand that situations may arise where you are not satisfied. In such cases:
If the service has not yet been initiated, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, and we will process a full refund.
For ongoing monthly services (such as SEO or social media marketing), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Once the work has been started and progress has been shared with you, refunds will not be applicable.
Exceptions
If you have been charged twice due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund immediately.
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the written agreement, you will be eligible for a partial or full refund, based on the scope of work pending.
