Since our services involve time, strategy, and digital work that cannot be returned once delivered, we follow a no refund policy after a project or service has been started and delivered.

However, we understand that situations may arise where you are not satisfied. In such cases:

• If the service has not yet been initiated, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, and we will process a full refund.

• For ongoing monthly services (such as SEO or social media marketing), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Once the work has been started and progress has been shared with you, refunds will not be applicable.
